Protecting your privacy is important to us

Trinity Capital OÜ ("Service Provider") respects your privacy. The Service Provider complies with applicable laws and does not disclose the data of Users and other individuals without the consent of the person concerned or other legal basis. The Service Provider processes only those personal data that are necessary for the complete provision of the service and collects information to provide better service.

This Privacy Policy applies to the processing of personal data of Users ("User") using the Service provided by the Service Provider. The Privacy Policy describes the main principles and objectives of the processing of personal data used by the Service Provider.

Users may be individual users of the Service Provider or representatives of entrepreneurs using the Service.

The Service provided by the Service Provider may contain links to third-party websites or services. These websites and services may have a privacy policy different from that of the Service Provider. The Service Provider is not responsible for the privacy policy of third parties or data processing related to their activities and recommends reviewing the privacy policy of each third party separately.

The privacy policy is related to the Terms published on the Service Provider's website and uses the terminology explained there.

2. Processed Personal Data and their Sources

Personal data means any data concerning an identified or identifiable natural person, regardless of the form or format in which such data is.

The Service Provider obtains processed personal data from the User lawfully in connection with the use of services.

The Service Provider may use the User's and the personal data entered by the User primarily for providing the Service and in special cases described in this Privacy Policy.

The Service Provider primarily processes information about the User that the User discloses while using the service and information that the Service Provider obtains during the use of the service, including (but not limited to) the following data:

  • Electronic identification data (e.g., IP addresses, cookies);
  • Correspondence between the User and the Service Provider;
  • Data for personalizing content and advertisements;
  • Data for providing social media functions and analyzing traffic.

As information describing the use of the Service, the Service Provider may collect data on the use of user interface elements and activities related to the use of the service.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

Data processing is based primarily on the User's consent to process the data disclosed by the User to the Service Provider. By using the Service and disclosing personal data, the User grants the Service Provider permission to process all entered data to the extent and for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

The purpose of collecting and processing data is primarily to provide, maintain, secure, and improve services and develop new ones. The Service Provider also uses this information to provide personalized content to the User - for example, by displaying more relevant advertisements and providing content specifically of interest to the User.

The Service Provider does not store entered data but processes data only to the extent necessary to provide the service.

4. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

The Service Provider does not sell, rent, exchange, or otherwise transfer personal data, traffic data, or communication content to external persons without the User's consent, except as required by applicable laws, orders of competent authorities, to protect the legitimate interests of the Service Provider in accordance with applicable laws, and as provided in the privacy policy.

During business development, the Service Provider may sell or purchase its business units. In such transactions, and if the Service Provider or practically all of its assets are transferred to a third party, the User's personal data is usually considered a transferable asset of the company. The Service Provider reserves the right to include the User's personal data in the assets transferred to a third party.

5. Data Quality

The Service Provider ensures, to the best of its ability, the quality of the processed personal data. The Service Provider may modify entered data to the extent necessary for the functioning of the service, such as replacing entered characters, punctuation marks, or other symbols that may mislead automated programs. Nevertheless, the User is responsible for the accuracy of the data disclosed by the User.

6. Data Security

The Service Provider has implemented necessary technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access by third parties and from accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, transmission, or other unlawful processing.

The Service Provider is not responsible for third-party access to devices under the User's control, the Internet, and its security.

7. Retention of Personal Data

The Service Provider does not retain personal data entered by the User.

8. Cookies

For the proper functioning of the website, the Service Provider sometimes stores small data files – called cookies – on the User's device. Most major websites do the same.

What are cookies?

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on the user's computer or mobile device when the user visits the Service Provider's website. This allows the website to remember the user's actions and preferences (such as username, language, font size, and other display preferences) for a certain period. This way, the user does not have to re-enter them each time they return to the site or browse its pages.

How do we use cookies?

The Service Provider may use cookies and similar tools to provide services, improve service quality, and enhance user experiences. Cookies may also be used by third parties whose services the Service Provider uses.

Several pages of the Service Provider use cookies for:

  • Personalizing content and advertisements,
  • Providing social media functions, and
  • Analyzing web traffic.

The Service Provider may also provide information about how the User uses the website to its social media, advertising, and analytics partners. The implementation of such cookies is not essential for the website's operation, but it ensures a better browsing experience for the User. By using the Service Provider's Services, the User agrees that the Service Provider uses cookies.

How to control cookies?

The User can control and/or delete cookies according to their preferences (see aboutcookies.org). The User can delete all cookies already on the User's computer and reject all cookies at any time by changing the settings of the web browser (if the web browser allows it) or by ceasing to use the Service Provider's website. The User should be aware that certain functions can only be provided using cookies, and if the User decides to opt out of cookies, these functions may not be available to the User.

9. Google Analytics

The service provider may use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies, which are files stored on the user's computer, to analyze how the user uses the Service.

Information about the user's use of the Service created by cookies is usually transmitted to and stored on Google servers in the USA. Because the service provider has activated IP anonymization, Google shortens the user's IP address (for users in the European Union or other European Economic Area member states).

At the request of the service provider, Google will use the information to analyze user activity and compile reports on what happens on the Service's website.

Users can disable cookies from being stored on their computer by adjusting their web browser settings, but in that case, the user may not be able to use all the features of the website.

In addition, users can prevent Google from collecting and processing data about their use of the website (including IP address) by downloading and installing the browser add-on available at: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

10. Interest-Based Advertising (DoubleClick DART Cookie)

The service provider may display advertisements on the Service's website through third parties. Advertisements allow the service provider to offer the service to users for free.

Google uses DART cookies to serve ads to users based on their visit to the Service's website and other sites on the Internet. DART uses "non personally identifiable information" and does NOT track personal information about users, such as name, email address, physical address, etc. Users may opt-out of the use of DART cookies by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy at the following URL: www.google.com/privacy_ads.html

For more information about advertising, visit the URL: http://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads/.

11. Google AdSense

The service provider may use Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to the Service's website or other websites.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to the Service's website and/or other sites on the Internet.

Users may opt-out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings page at the following URL: www.google.com/settings/ads

Users can also opt-out of third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page at the following URL: www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp

12. Facebook

The Service's website may include integrated Facebook plugins (1601 S. California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA) such as "Like" and "Share" buttons. When a user visits the Service's website, a direct connection is established between the user's browser and Facebook's server using these plugins, through which Facebook receives information that the user's IP address has accessed the service provider's website.

If the user is logged into Facebook and clicks the "Like" or "Share" buttons, the user can link the content of the Service's website to their Facebook profile, allowing Facebook to display the user's use of the Service on their wall. The service provider does not receive any information about the transmitted data or its use by Facebook. For more information, please refer to Facebook's privacy policy at: www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.

If the user does not want their visit to the service provider's page to be reflected on their Facebook account, they must log out of Facebook.

13. Changes to the Privacy Policy

The service provider may make changes to this Privacy Policy and related information without notifying users. To stay informed of any changes, the service provider recommends that users regularly review the Privacy Policy.

14. Contact Information
